Returns and Refunds Policy

Refund Policy (Rewards Store) – 

If you are not satisfied with your Moto Rewards Store purchase, please email us at returns@motorewards.net within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA number). Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping, unless the item is defective. All returns must be mailed to us within fourteen (14) days after receipt. All original packaging, if any, must be returned to us along with the returned item(s). Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s), we will refund the purchase price via the your original form of payment, provided that the item(s) are in new condition and that the return was sent within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will not issue a refund for merchandise that has been used, soiled or damaged, and “final sale” items cannot be returned. Shipping fees are not refundable, unless the item is defective. This refund policy is subject to change without notice.

Delivery Policy (Rewards Store) –

Once an order is placed, we will follow up with an email confirmation. We will generally ship all purchases within forty eight (48) hours of the order being placed, with exception of back order/out of stock items.  Once your purchase(s) has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number from us via email. Although most orders will be delivered within three (3) business days, please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for delivery. If you do not receive your package(s) by the date indicated, please contact us at support@motorewards.net. If an item is on back order or out of stock, we will notify you and you will have the option of either canceling the item, or we will ship the item to you when it is available. Please note that we may not know when out of stock items will be sent to us.

Refund Policy (GPS Tracking) –

GPS tracking memberships are a non refundable service. The term that the member signs up for is a binding agreement between the member and MotoRewards. Members may cancel their membership/service for the GPS tracking service at anytime, however, since the promotional pricing can be tied into other promotions to benefit the member, the amount paid for the yearly or monthly plans are non refundable. The initial activation fee is a combined promotion with the monthly discounted service, and is also non refundable. The activation fee covers administration fees that are associated with the creation of your account, GPS tracker programming, and sim card activation’s. For all cancellations, a 72 hour notice is required to cancel all subscriptions. Monthly plans are not prorated upon cancellation by the member. If you have already been charged for a month and cancel, you will be authorized to continuing using the tracking feature until that month ends. Yearly subscriptions are also not prorated if a member cancels early. The member can cancel at anytime, however, their membership will stay active for the year time frame that has been paid for, and the members access will remain active. Upon the expiration of the one year term, the users access will be suspended if the member has cancelled.

Sell Your Bike Policy

Moto Rewards hosts the “sell your bike” feature that attempts to connect buyers with licensed dealers in the motorcycle community. We will have no involvement in your transaction. We do not guarantee or endorse any transaction and we do not have preferred and/or pre-approved buyers. We will never encourage you to sell your motorcycle to any particular buyer or dealer. We will not send you an email requesting personal or financial information related to any motorcycle transaction, and beware of those asking for such information via email.

Awareness is your best defense to fraud. If you receive a suspicious email or you feel that you are the victim of a scam, please contact your local law enforcement immediately and first, and then please notify us via email at support@motorewards.net. We will investigate any reports of fraud, we will work diligently to prevent fraud, and we will support law enforcement agencies in the prosecution of criminals.

You use the “sell your bike” feature at your own risk, and you should consider the following steps to avoid fraud:

1) Research the dealers who contact you;

2) Know your motorcycle’s value;

3) Before selling, have your motorcycle inspected by a professional;

4) Receive payment via cashier’s check, if possible;

5) Get a detailed documentation for the transaction;

6) Ensure that you have proof of title for the motorcycle and that title has been transferred;

7) Use email wisely.

YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF OUR “SELL YOUR BIKE” FEATURE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, GUARANTEES OR CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR USE OF THIS FEATURE, AND THAT WE PROVIDE OUR SERVICES ON AN “AS IS” BASIS “WITH ALL FAULTS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”.
